Day 1 – On arrival, group meet and assisted by our guide interpreter. Transfer from the airport to the hotel by a deluxe bus. Day at leisure.

Day 2 – After breakfast, departure for a full day city tour. The tour begins with a visit to Sintra village. Considered world patrimony and one of the most beautiful Portuguese villages, not only for historical background, but also for its natural beauty and set up, we will visit the Pena Palace (closed on Mondays) and the Sintra National Village Palace (closed on Wednesday). Free time for lunch. Driving back to Lisbon, the visit continues towards Belém, where we can admire the Belém Tower and the Monument of the Discoveries, including a visit to Jerónimos Monastery and the Coach Museum (both closed on Mondays, replaced by the visit of Ajuda Palace). Next we will visit the Cathedral, the medieval Castle of S. Jorge and the old district of Alfama with its typical narrow alleys. On your return to the hotel you will pass by the lower part of town Baixa, wit its main squares Restauradores, Rossio and Comércio Square.

Day 3 – Departure to Porto – the second largest city in Portugal. Its historical district has the well-deserved title of ‘World heritage site’ from Unesco and for two centuries now Porto has been internationally famous for the flavour of its wine. Visit to a Port Wine Cellar is included. After lunch we will continue visiting the magnificent monuments. Among these may be mentioned the Cathedral, the city “ex libris” Clérigos, San Francisco Church besides the Stock Exchange Palace (closed in 25th Dec & 1st Jan). Dinner and overnight in Lisbon.

Day 4 – Fátima – the centre of Christian faith and a local of world pilgrimage. Religious service can be attended (on occasion). After we visit the Batalha Monastery – closed Sunday Easter, 1st May, & 25th Dec (an historical landmark). Lunch (free) in Nazaré – the most colourful of Portuguese fishing villages. Then we drive to Alcobaça (closed Sunday Easter, 1st May, & 25th Dec) to visit the 12th century Abbey with the tombs of Pedro and Inês of Castro. Finally arrive at the beautiful walled town of Óbidos with its picturesque streets and the Pousada of Castelo a medieval symbol of narrow streets surrounded by walls. In the evening In the evening you will be taken to a Fado Restaurant, where you can enjoy our traditional “Fado” songs and folk dances. Overnight in Lisbon.

Day 5 – Transfer from the hotel in Lisbon to the airport without assistance for departure to Vienna. Arriving at Vienna, assistance and transfer from the airport to the hotel. Dinner and overnight in Vienna.

Day 6 – Breakfast at the hotel. Full day walking tour of Vienna, starting in the Ring Avenue, where you can admire the magnificent buildings, such as the Museum of Fine Arts, the Opera, the Natural Museum of Beautiful Arts and Sciences, the Parliament, the City Hall, the National Theater. However, during our passage, the Imperial Palace Hofburg, St. Stephen’s Cathedral and the Austrian Gallery Belvedere (closed on Mondays) visits are included. Dinner and overnight in Vienna.

Day 7 – After breakfast we will leave the hotel for a half day tour to the famous Schönbrunn Palace with its surrounding buildings and the huge park, which is considered one of the most significant cultural monuments in Austria. Schönbrunn was the former summer residence of the imperial family and is considered one of the most beautiful baroque palaces in Europe. After the visit, we will return to the city center, passing by the Giant Ferris Wheel. Rest of the day will be free at leisure at your leisure. Dinner and overnight in Vienna.

Day 8 – Transfer from hotel to the airport for departure without assistance.
